If you utilize our NextGEN Gallery or Imagely Google Photos feature, which allows you to display images from your Google Photos account on your WordPress site, the feature will ask you to authorize with Google in our settings panel. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not collect, store, share, transfer, or disclose your Google Photos data or Google account information to any third parties. All data retrieved through the Google Photos integration remains within your own WordPress database and is never transmitted to Imagely servers or any other third-party service. The only exception is the use of a secure Imagely authentication server (hosted on Google Cloud) which facilitates the OAuth token exchange — this server does not retain your tokens.

Data Protection
We employ the following measures to protect your Google user data:

• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in your WordPress database
• The plugin requests only read-only permissions (photospicker.mediaitems.readonly and userinfo.email) — it cannot modify, delete, or upload any content to your Google account
• Only photos and videos you explicitly select through Google’s Picker interface are accessed; your full Google Photos library is never scanned or stored
• The authentication server exchanges OAuth tokens and immediately redirects them to your WordPress site without retaining them
• Imagely takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of Google user data

Retention and Deletion
Google Photos connection data is retained only as long as you maintain the active plugin connection in your WordPress settings. You may permanently and instantly delete all Google Photos connection data at any time using any of the following methods:

• Click “Remove connection and stored data” in the plugin settings panel
• Use the “Delete all Google Photos data” button in the plugin settings panel
• Uninstall the plugin entirely from your WordPress installation
